Easy Peasy Maple Glazed Chicken Thighs

School is back in session, no more easy Summer schedules!  Back to consistent Family dinners, homework + projects and cooking!  This is a dish that makes everyones tummy happy and doesn't take a ton of time to prepare.  This is a dish that disapears quickly after setting it down on the table.  This is a dish where you can pat yourself on the back!

Serves 2-4

 

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

2 Tablespoons Grainy French Mustard

2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. dried marjoram

2 Tablespoons maple syrup

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

 

2. Rinse chicken and pat dry and arrange them in a baking dish.  I love to use my temp-tations dish pictured.  Check out the full assortment here > temp-tations dishes

3. Combine mustard, garlic, marjoram & maple syrup in a small bowl.

4. Spread about 1 1/2 TB of mustard mixture evenly on top of each chicken thigh, being careful to cover as much of the surface as possible.

5. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the mustard coating has formed a crust and is slightly hardened. Make sure Chicken is cooked thoroughly to 160 degrees, internally.

6. Serve with your favorite vegetable like broccoli, asparagus or a nice side salad.
