No one cares what you call it. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin} You're fine!

Maybe it's just not for you. I only use the seasonals after trying the others and not really liking them. I will say that it is really important that your hair is really wet, before you add the CC, and you really have to use enough product. I mix the seasonal of choice with some 613, and actually have to "shampoo" less often...

Not even his oils are good. I love them for dry skin but they only make hair greasy. Someone at work told me I smelled like Ben gay after using the Sam oil.

WEN was not a winner for me. I went back to Aveda. Glad for all of you who have had such good results.

I have awesome results with Wen! It took me about 6 months to find the right formulas and techniques, but it's well worth the investment.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

Try the cucumber aloe or the bamboo green tea--both formulas are lighter than the others. I had issues with my hair being oily at first and 2 things made a huge difference in how my hair looked. First, make sure your hair is thoroughly wet before using the CC, then add a few splashes of water to help distribute it through you hair and then use a wide tooth comb. Leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse, rinse, rinse. It's different than regular shampoo, so you need to use it differently. All in all, I don't spend any more time than I would using a shampoo and separate conditioner and I wouldn't use anything else on my hair.

I have been using Wen for about a year. I really like the results but agree that it isn't for everyone and I understand if you don't like it. Before using Wen I used sulfate free products, (mostly from Sally but also used salon products that were sulfate free). The sulfate free products just work better for me.

I love sallys ION sulfate free shampoo for colored hair. I swear by it and the macadamia nut oil and deep conditioner and matching sulfate free shampoo. For the first time in my life I gone for weeks without having to touch up my roots.

But it should not have to be such an ordeal. We should not need to leave a product in our hair forever and rinse till the cows come home.

I've never had to leave wen on "forever". I do my initial wash, rinse it out, then do the conditioning treatment and leave it in while I wash the rest of myself. But to each his/her own.

at 54 in August my hair is nearly to my waist, the longest it's ever been in my life, and that's because of the Wen. my hair is naturally extremely curly, fine, and dry. It looks better than it's ever looked. Don't minimize my good results; I don't minimize your bad ones.
