ORDER 4 BONUS SIZE SERUMS ( YIKES!) and received ny order with NO pumps or droppers. Kind Beauties on this forum suggested calling or emailing I somers.
I did. I got the reply-We do not include droppers and only creams get a pump. They suggestd pushing down on the cap and pouring out the serum.
thereby you lose a ton of product. I am really disappointed and will buy something to deal with the problem, most likey a couple of small pump bottlese.
please post if you have bought something and like it for decanting .'
I think they could have included a dropper or pump at her prices though, feeling a little -well- not happy.

@donna71 I'm sorry that happened to you. Sad they won't provide. Search Amazon. Empty serum bottles with pump. There are several singles and multi packs from 4.79 to $15. I wouldn't be happy to have to buy them, but I wouldn't be pouring it with chance of spillage and waste. They look like a good value. I put my Dr. Denese in a used pump bottle for travel and daily use, but I really had to wash it well, it originally had hair product in it. These on Amazon look better.
I might get a package for me. The airless ones look great.

Yesterday, I received my bonus order. Your post saved me from putting a pump from a just-emptied 8oz body cream in the re-cycle bin.. My impaired hands struggle with those press down to pour caps.
On HSN, every Isomers serum listed is shown with a dropper and the cleansers have pumps, However, nothing is a bonus size.
Amazon has sets of 4oz and 2oz amber dorpper bottles that come with a funnell, similar to the ones my esthetician uses.

That's awful! I think I would start looking for another brand.

In my opinion more serum is wasted with pumps and droppers. and actually prefer the press caps. Ordered 3 bonus sizes and was pleased with them.

The larger serums I purchased from Isomers did not come with pumps. Years ago when I purchased the copper litres/half litres they did come with pumps. They are not going to change the packaging for 1 customer. I normally put them in smaller bottles (1 or 2 oz) for daily use, easy to use. The larger bottle stays fresh longer too.

wow, I never asked Isomers to change the packaging for me. I actually wrote and asked if I could buy a pump or dropper. and as I am 75 with debilitating arthritis that cap dispense is very hard to use, and I am sure that MANY older women have trouble with it.

@donna71 I'm old.. and have dropped, spilled, and knocked over bottles with droppers. Then when the product is low the dropper can catch and you have to dump it in you hand. You also have to carefully place the dropper back in the bottle when one hand has product. That has never been a problem with a cap dispense. A dropper is not an efficient form of product access. The other issue is forgetting to tighten the cap and ruining it's efficacy.
That being said you have a dropper preference and I respect that. Hopefully Isomers stays with a cap dispenser. It save a significant amount of money and less product waste and freshness.

thank you, it is hard for me to push down the cap, I know many people would not understand. I will get some manageable bottles to dispense.

They did accommodate specific concerns of customers when they started off. Some serums like the "all in one" were specific requests from a single customer. But they have grown since then & CS is probably not what it used to be. If it's a lightweight serum & is runny like a toner, you can probably buy a fine mist spray bottle on amazon. Much easy to use than even a pump.
