It is a liquid you use on your cuticles and all around your nails. I didn't believe it would work, but it sure did.

No, it dries quickly. Then I apply one coat of the rejuvacote and then do the polish. Then I finish off with another coat of rejuvacote. In the beginning you can rub the nails of steel on your polished nails and cuticles every day to strengthen them.

My nals completely deteriorate if I do not take ProCaps (Andrew Lessman) Healthy Hair Skin & Nails supplement. If I discontinue it nothing I use on my nail makes any difference.
