Just wondered if more blue eyeshadows would be available in kits or alone, jade or turquoise colors would be good) it seems its always neutrals and browns in the kits now.

I recommend going to Sephora or Ulta and checking out Urban Decay palettes. QVC doesn't really do a lot of bright colors in eye shadows and I don't expect to see them start because of their customer base, which leans toward more conservative colors in cosmetics.
Mally has had one colorful palette and a few duos, but it's predominantly neutrals here.

It seems I've seen more blues lately - not sure about turq. You might check out Mac. I think they have a vibrant palette with few neutrals. Bobbi Brown too. If you're not tied to prestige brands, check out Milani and maybe even NYX- I know Milani is finely milled with rich creamy pigment & staying power. I think I've heard the same about NYX. Come to think of it, Milani does have a lighter turq single.

I agree with @ChynnaBlue also. I have a quad eyeshadow kit from Wet n Wild and it's beautiful. It's very vibrant blue.

L'Oreal has a palette called Color Riche La Palette Noir which has a lot of blue shades in it -- only at Ulta for now.

@tiffiny I also like the light greens and aquas on the lid. Those colors compliment my green eyes and counteract the redness I have around them. I actually found some good color palettes at Ulta (their own brand) that are very inexpensive.

Check out Inglot
lots of vibrant color cosmetics and they have what's called the freedom system where you purchase a palette with 4, 6, 8 (whatever you'd like) spaces and you fill it yourself with the individual pans they sell!
This is a picture I poached....
Not only is it practical it's really quite attractive. Note the frosted glass magnetic cover

@HappyDaze Wow! Those are some bright colors! I actually like to use a more neutral, light color first......then add a touch of a bright color for added pizzaz!
