Are their products sold in China? If so it means they do animal testing. I'm looking for a replacement for IT cosmetics as I won't use their products anymore. Thanks

Tarte is no longer cruelty free, neither is IT cosmetics.

I don't understand. Why would something sold in China have anything to do with whether or not it is cruelty free?

Makeup sold in China has to be tested on animals. I refuse to support this abuse. It is sad as more and more companies of course care more about money than the lives of animals. IT, now Tarte, Bobbi Brown, Maybelline, Avon, cover girl, Rimmel, NARS, etc. The only ones I can find that are not sold there are elf, wet and wild, and kat Von d. I like Laura Geller makeup but I don't know if it is sold there. So many animals abused for vanity.

I think if something is sold in China, they require animal testing. It doesn’t have to be made there. Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s the way I understand it.
