I don't think the cresm will help much...your skin thins as you age but I think there is some kind of injectable fillers that the derms can do.

Don't forget to use SPF on your hands daily. I also think it helps to exfoliate with a glycolic cream and keep your hands well moisturized too. When my hands feel extra dry, a little of Dr. Denese's Hydroshield seems to help.

Always wear gloves in this winter weather. And if you have dark spots, you might want to use something for that. The look of spots really age hands too.

I think at some point you just have to keep after your hands every day. I might spring for a filler one of these days. I think a tube of Juvederm split between the back of each hand might help.

Re: anyone try hand plumping cream?

I use facial serums on my hands. My face is sensitive and gets red, flaky, or breaks out easily. I also hate strong scents on my face. I have a lot of serums that didn't work on my face for a variety of reasons, and rather than throw something out as waste, I use them up on my hands. Many things that I didn't like on my face have worked well on my hands.

I usually put a pump on the back of one hand and then rub the backs of both hands and fingers together to distribute it. I don't need it on the palms of my hands, so I don't worry about putting any there. Once that absorbs, I apply a rich hand cream or body butter and make sure I use sunscreen when I go outside. Boots No. 7 makes some affordable and effective serums that I can't use on my face but work well on my hands.

Hope that helps!
