Thanks @monicakm.. It comes with a powder puff for application.  I watched review videos.  I thought their application looked heavy, but you would know better.

The color ended up being entirely to light. Ghost like. I have nearly a 100% accuracy rate of buying Foundation online so I was surprised at how light this was . I dabbed it on with the applicator it came with and then used my foundation brush to blend it out and buff it. That didn't look good. Added more Foundation and used the applicator that came with it to blend. That looked better but still not  enough for me to consider wearing it. I had rinsed my face then applied an essence and Tatcha daytime  moisturizer and the Tatcha primer before the foundation. I don't care for this primer but my Hourglass is nearly empty. It's a little hard to say since the color was so incredibly light but considering all the foundations I already own, I'm not interested in trying a different color. It's a no from me. I could put more effort into making this work and perhaps I would find a way to like it but I'm just not that interested. So that's really not a fair evaluation of the product.  Im sorry.  Maybe Google negative reviews and that might shed more light on what people don't like about it.

Thanks @monicakm.. Since I like this type of foundation, I started looking at the shades.  So many choices!  I like when can just choose medium or medium tan. None of them felt like a match to me.  I picked a color using their camera in the TirTir website, but not sure it's right.  They put all the colors in arms, but did not label them.  I felt one of the arms was similar to mine in color, and there was a dab of color that worked, but the dab wasn't labeled with a name.  It's so inexpensive I will probably buy some.  I like both the red and the silver options.  Just not confident about the color.
