And believe me, she IS wearing makeup in the *no makeup* shot.

Just like Alicia Keys, everyone says she is sans makeup on The Voice.  She has concealer on, for sure, and probably foundation, too.

They just don't have heavy eye makeup on.  Thus, it looks like they're not wearing makeup.

The photos posted by @kjae is what she looks like.  The photos of the young looking CA are most definitely photo shopped.  Looks nothing like her at all.
