I give them all a chance to pitch their wares and I listen. But when I'm seroius about finding a product I want,  I will do my own homework and look for reviews and comments online and also from friends. I don't rely soley on what the vendors have to say.

I like Jamie from IT, she seems very modest not full of herself, considering what she's accomplished.  Just wish she would get a fresh presentation of her products. I have purchased her stuff and like it.

Edward Bess is very hypnotic to me with the hair and beautiful skin.  I haven't purchased from him....yet.

Which cosmetics/ skincare brand/vendor do you think is the best sales person on QVC? Does one convince you to buy something extra or something you don't normally buy?

I'd have to vote for:

skin care- Mari Lyn from Philosophy

cosmetics- Laura Geller

                 Jamie from IT

They present themselves as honest and caring people who really want their customers happy using their products. Tarte used to be in this group before they sold out. These gals are professional women but not stuffy.

I'd say Poppy King from Lipstick Queen and Edward Bess. They are both really enthusiastic about their products and they seem like they want to sell good products, not just make money.

Woman Happy @JBKO  Poppy King loved lipstick since she was seven years old! This woman can wear it so well too. A true Lipstick Queen! I love her passion.

I must say, no vendor can sell anything to me. I don't even watch Q, or Evine, or HSN. I buy from these sites, but without any help from their TV - thank you very much!

You guys, members of this beauty board, can sell things to me much faster!

When I read a sincere positive review here, about some makeup product or line, I may become interested, and check it out. Only then I'd listen and watch the vendor's pitch on a product page, or may catch their show.

Well, maybe there is one vendor, who sells to me EVERY time, only ONE, and she is Manuela from Isomers! I am total sucker there! Everything about her - credentials and personal appearance - sells little bottles to me without a fail! :Cat LOL

I totally agree. I always read the reviews and check the boards before I purchase anything. That determines what I buy, not vendor promises of results or even what the hosts have to say.

Unfortunately, the helpful advice and recommendations that used to be on these boards has dwindled.

I don't wear a ton of Clarks but I have a few pairs. I like to watch Amy Oselkin because she seems genuine and sweet. Well, to my surprise, I ran into her at my local grocery store today!

No vendors stand out as special on QVC Anymore..  I buy most skincare and such now between HSN and Evine Live.   Skinn, isomers, SSC, Perrier  to name a few lines.  Better prices, coupons,  and more interesting inventory.  QVC has become stale.

For me, it's the product and not the vendor.  I've tried a ton over the years and have rarely continued auto delivery.  The representative never influences me to buy.... it's the product itself that I try to evaluate.

So for me, the IT COSMETICS have been the best brand I have ever tried and in that respect watch Jamie when she's on.   I have two products on auto-delivery.  I like Laura Geller but rarely buy her products.... don't buy any others and couldn't really tell you who sells them.....

Tova. She's a lovely person and very passionate about her products. A delight to watch. I've used Tova's products since 1992.

I really like Doris Dalton - don't buy her products but I like her as a person and her presentations.

Also really like Linda Davies.
