Which to put on first........

I don't know if I'm supposed to use the concealer first or put on my foundation first? I should remember, but I'm just getting back into wearing make-up. I usually just put on moisturizer and maybe a tint. But, I bought a concealer because around my eyes seems a little darker than they used to be. So, I need you experts to help me. Thank you for any and all advice.
