I use the pom with a squirt of gel, this is my 2nd bottle it works well for me so I did not switch to 613 but was tempted because I like 613 products.

I think this is the secret. You can also try using the Volumizing Treatment Spray, which is basically hairspray. I never got any hold from the WEN Styling Cream and didn't get enough hold or frizz protection from the mousse, either. (Though it did give my hair shine and curl definition.)

Adding some gel over them is a big help. Right now I don't use any WEN styling products, but I do use a small amount of gel over my main styling product to add hold.
