Re: What did you use up this week? 9/1

@JeanLouiseFinch  - I hope your DD and DSIL are doing better.  How scary for all of them and for you.

Thanks, @JudyL   DSIL was smacked hard by the airbag. He was dazed and confused when we first got to the hospital. He's also dealing with tinnitus. The doctor said it will eventually resolve but could take as long as a couple of months.  He was able to return to work on Tuesday.  When DD's airbag deployed a piece of the dashboard sliced her pretty badly between two fingers and underneath on the pad below the fingers. She required a bunch of stitches and was told she couldn't work for at at least three weeks. If you recall, she's a hairstylist. ☹️. All the X-rays came back good though - no broken bones and no brain injury for DSIL.  DGD was freakng out but wasn't hurt.  The brother was a godsend, taking charge and watching out for her until her mom and stepdad could get there.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - all this sounds awful for everyone.  So glad that the injuries weren't more serious - although DD's injury will stop her from working for a bit.  Wish them all a quick recovery.

Re: What did you use up this week? 9/1

Happy weekend beauties!

I used up: Garner Fructis Grow Strong shampoo 12.5oz- I usually like the Garnier products but this seemed a little watered down to me. I  replaced it with a bottle of Suave.

BBW Vanilla Coconut Pocket bac hand sanitizer 1oz- I generally don't care for these strongly scented hand sanitizers but I think I bought a 5 pack after the covid hit and no one could find any hand sanitizer in the store. I gave 2 away and think I have 2 more left. I prefer unscented so that it doesn't interfere with any other scent I may be wearing.

Tossed a Pur Minerals All Over Luminosity in Touch of Pink- I had found this at a garage sale and wanted to love it, but every time I used it I just couldn't even tell that I had anything on, so I tossed it.

Never mind, I just read. I'm so sorry @JeanLouiseFinch 😥 but extremely grateful to hear everyone should be okay.

@JudyL

I decluttered 15 more eyeshadow palettes  and 10 concealers. I just couldn't throw away the Dior, Nyx,  or Kaja concealers.  Both of these declutters are directly related to the purchase of Natasha denona concealer and I need a nude palette 😍.   My makeup cart lost a lot of weight tonight.

Re: What did you use up this week? 9/1

Jean Louise Finch, I'm glad that no one was seriously hurt. I hope everyone has a quick recovery.

I used up Ouai St. Bart's body wash and am almost out of Ouai detox shampoo, both of them birthday gifts from Sephora. I have two Korres body washes left. I liked the Ouai products, but have others to use up before I will purchase more of the same kind.

E.L.F. quad eyeshadow in rose water was at pan, so I tossed that. I have Nomad cosmetics Lake Como eyeshadow palette, Nomad dark gray single shadow, E.L.F. jewel toned matte palette, quad in orange dreamsicle and several shadow sticks.  I don't plan on purchasing any more shadows until I run out.
