Re: What did you use up this week? 3/1

Hi all.   Tossed out a few things,  one of them being an OLD but almost brand new BB Eyes University pallette of eye shadows.  The color payoff was never good and the shades are way too muddy for me.  IN THE GARBAGE.  Why did I even hold on?!!!!

Used up 2 Skinn Divine Elixir Manuka Honey oils - using on my body since I prefer the RMS for my face.  Giving the last one to my girlfriend as part of her birthday gift.  Used to love,  but will not reorder.

Also used up a Malin & Goetz Rum Hand Wash (back ups for sure - LOVE)

Washed most of my eye and face brushes.  Have a hanging basket that I hang in the shower with my brushes.  SO EASY.

Have a wonderful weekend and week to come.

@nyc1  - If I may ask - what is it about the RMS oil that you like compared to the Manuka Honey oil?

@JudyL   TOTALLY different texture.  It's almost not like an oil at all.  It has a beautifully light slip and sinks right into your skin,  it's not at all greasy,  and is thinner than the Skinn Manuka honey oil (which I still like but prefer the other, especially on my face)..  I also love the other oils she includes in it besides the Kakadu, like Tamanu and Buriti,  etc.   The feel of the oil is magnificent.   I use it on my face and neck only.

RMS also has a body oil,  which I use and love and in a great pump dispenser.

@nyc1 - Thank you!  I like that the RMS oil is thinner.  I may give it a try when done with my bottle of Manuka Honey oil.  Or once done with my Trader Joe's Argon oil, use the Manuka on the body and get the RMS. Glad you mentioned that you used the Manuaka Honey oil on your body.

@nyc1  - Sorry for all the questions but I have one more.  Just went and looked on the RMS website and I'm impressed with the ingredients for this oil.  Right now I put a couple drops of the SKINN oil in with my night moisturizer.  Do you apply this oil before, with, or after moisturizer?

A few things ... CoverGirl compact, lip gloss, witch hazel, cotton pads, Thicker Fuller Hair gel, tooth paste, Avon Dramatic Firming Cream

.

(Stuff I use regularly I get by subscription from Amazon ... always have a  backup in the closet - not to mention the big savings over retail.)

Re: What did you use up this week? 3/1

Sounds like a few of us are on brush washing duty this week😀

I hate doing it, but I always feel accomplished when it's done!

I'm really trying to stick to my using up product before I add more

into the regiment lol.,

Fenty Eye Pro Filter Eye Primer-tried this on Pretty Over Fifty's recommendation

It's very meh, doesn't conceal anything on the lid. There's other options out there

that are way better, and cost less.Glad to see the end of this tube....

Makeup Revolution Contour Powder Duo in Light- tossed this impulse buy, was thinking I could use this as eyeshadow. That's a no go

Elf Putty Eye Brightening in Fair- too light for my skin tone, and too greasy for my

under eye. Tossed bye bye...

Elf Putty Bronzer in Honey Drip- I don't typically wear bronzer, I've never had a

"Pretty sun kissed look" with a bronzer. Ever. Instead I end up looking like a

walking sunset ..  tossed bye bye 😄

Have a great weekend, I will be braving Costco on a Saturday
                                             Wish me luck😉

@MalibuFox  - You are a brave soul.  Costco on a Saturday AND the first Saturday of the month.  Send smoke signals if you need rescuing.  I'm not even a Costco member and I know I couldn't handle that.  HAHA

@JudyL  Hi..   ask away,  I personally use this oil before my moisturizer.  Again,  it's lighter than the SKINN oil,  which I also used to ADD to my creams rather than use alone.  You only need very little.  I still use the SKINN cream and several others in addition to the new RMS cream,  but I really love using this oil with all of them.

Edited to add... you can certainly continue to add to your moisturizer if you prefer that.

@MalibuFox

You lucky dog you. I wish we had a Costco within driving distance. Sam's is okay but I hear great things about Costco.
