I ordered four bottles of Wen on Saturday and here it is Wednesday and they are still "in process" five days later! Contacted customer service and they said that Wen is shipped directly from Wen and the weather may have something to do with it. Problem is it hasn't even shipped yet so how can the weather be a factor? For pete's sake QVC for what you charge for shipping this is ridiculous!Anyone else having issues?

I don't think that's right - my Wen has always shipped from Columbia, SC. It's very possible that it has shipped but Q has not updated the Order page. I've had that happen multiple times.

copy the tracking # and go to the ups site to track the order there. often I'll find it's on it's way even tho Q tracking hasn't updated. Once it was delivered before the Q tracking indicated it shipped.

Mine ships from Mesquite TX, although the shipping instructions originate in SC. My WEN always takes 2-3 days from order to shipping, and keep in mind the first 2 days were the weekend. But then I get it within 2-3 days from that. I personally don't consider 3 days a major delay, but I agree with the other ladies that you get more current info from the UPS site.

All my orders, WEN or not, tend to take around that long in the In Process staus. It is ridiculous.

I've had orders unexpectedly arrive at my home when online they still say they are processing. It's very strange, they must not have a very good tracking system.

I have noticed that the processing time for my orders is often several days. I don't believe that it ever used to take more than 24 hours for orders to go out. On top of that, it will sometimes ship out but then be stuck at "billing information received" for another couple of days. I always check the UPS site but it says the same thing. I am pretty sure that UPS deliveries do not move at all on weekends, but I would expect QVC to get my stuff out faster. The only thing that I can say is that I have found that the deliveries, once they actually get to The shipper, often end up getting here ahead of the original scheduled delivery date. So, the Wen that I ordered on Wednesday says "shipped" as of today but UPS has not gotten the item yet. Actually, I don't really have a problem with a longer processing time on "normal" orders but it annoys me with my A-D. Since the deliveries are set so far in advance, I don't understand why it should take so long to "process" them. This has happened with my last Wen Seasonal TSV which I was expecting to go out on the date of my A-D. It took a good 3 days after that date for the kit to actually ship.

I ordered IT supersize celebration foundation. It was shipped on 2/2. I still haven't gotten it. I called cust. service and they said they didn't know why it was delayed but it might have been the weather. Whatever...

The "In Process" situation is ridiculous. I ordered the 2-piece 613 set on Jan 30 and just got it today. Granted, I'm on the west coast, but in that same order I also ordered the TT/SAM set, and I got that on Friday. The 613 was "In Process" for days before it shipped. It's so stupid.
