Hi and good morning,

I also had an item (Philosophy products) that i wanted to send for Valentine's to my sister newly moved to CA. Received in the meantime 2 other items at my house, the P. item had not even been moved out the warehouse so I was very concerned it wouldn't make it on time. Also, 5 days out and yet no movement. No other comp. I know with a good reputation holds on to their products once bought for this length of time, and it annoys me to no end. When I called to inquire i had a very spiffy woman on the line, greatly defending that after all, what mattered was only if the item would get there on time, and was borderline nasty. I had mentioned also, that with this kind of S&H costs we should expect better. Its been very long, that QVC the abbreviations, have played true, in my book.

Will there be a tracking number if it's still ""in process""? I thought tracking numbers weren't available until the item shipped.

I placed a order 1 week ago for 2 smart phones that had a EDD of yesterday but did not recieve as expected, the order still says IN PROCESS from QVC and the money from my bank still says Pending Transactions with at date of today. I paid additional for express delivery which was a waste of money. I contacted QVC about a money was an additional charge on my bank and they said it was an error and would be removed in a few days, she gave a line like that it was a 911 charge $58.03 and that it is a new goverment law that they charge that to me. How insane is that .....I asked more questions but she closed the chat because she knew that what she was saying was wrong. QVC seems to be a mess, this was my first order in years and I think it will be my last unless the smart phone arrives today, 8 days from the time it was ordered.

This has happened to me a couple of times as well. I don't recall if it was a Wen order or another purchase.
