Ladies, Ladies, Ladies, this has always been an amicable forum, I lurked years before I used or posted - see registration date.

What I observed last visit were some unusually harsh, shall I say nasty, personal, attacks - really bash away at the product, but not the creator, or people who use it.

Then somehow and I honestly can't remember how, I caught a whiff that that would not be allowed in the future. Frankly I thought 'about d time.' I'm not in any loop, or in any way in the know, but I did pick that info up from some place. Then some of that type of posts were pooled - I say good.

Guess I missed what happened in the last day, however, it sounds as though something was leaked along lines that have been used many, many, times before and it was poofed. Too soon? Incorrect? Not Ok-ed before release? I have no idea.

Is the Wen Team (whoever that includes) behind this? Personally, I seriously doubt it for a variety of reasons, one of which is that I have respect for Chaz - perhaps that is mis-placed. I don't know him personally, but it's how I feel. At any rate, my personal feelings aside, WEN is now international. The doings of this forum can't be that big a deal - can it?

We can each make our own decisions and say and do as we please about how this was handled, and how we plan to respond. But, please let us not pick one another apart over something most of us (at lease I don't) have any insight in to.

ITA, I have always enjoyed this forum and may have over-reacted about what was said or implied about Chaz and his selling tactics. I felt as though Chaz's character and honesty was being questioned, which is uncalled for. Chaz seems to me, to be a very sincere person and his product sells itself. Just very upsetting to see someone's honor brought into question.

I emailed QVC after getting banned for posting the upcoming Fall and Winter scents...they told me there was no way to un-ban me. I didn't take it personal and it's so easy to make a new profile. I found it funny more than anything. Like...whoa...BANNED??

The webmaster has access to the i.p. addresses of people who post here - in other words the webbie knows who has multiple accounts. There's a possibility posts are poofed because of people just trying to make trouble. These people who think they can make new accounts all the time aren't as clever as they think they are.

I could be wrong about this but I'm pretty sure that someone whose ID was recently suspended (and got a new similar ID) was posting again under her original ID. Maybe there's a difference between suspending and banning IDs. Or I might have been wrong. But at least the banning seems to have stopped now.

I'm a goodie-goodie and never cause trouble. This was my first ever time being banned. I don't plan on having it happen again. I've learned my lesson. No sharing of previously mentioned rumored information. I got it. No worries.

Serena, I was referring to you but I didn't mention your name because I wanted to respect your privacy. I remembered the change to "11" and when I saw the "1130" again I thought everything was back to normal. I didn't notice the slight change. Sorry, about that but I'm glad you're now able to post under a similar name.

Thanks Bebe, for being considerate. My account is just suspended. I receive a different message than Mandy received, which just says that I need to take a break from posting for a while. So hopefully that means I will be forgiven in a few weeks (or less ). It's a pain having to post with one account and make purchases from my other account.

Webmaster, if you're reading, I've learned my lesson. Truce?

I value free speech, but this isn't a private forum so I don't mind getting poofed once in awhile but people getting banned for discussing a rumor of a scent is a little much IMO.
