For about 5 years, I've been getting keratin treatments/Aveda smooth infusion treatments to make my hair straight and smooth. They are very expensive. My hair is long, thick, frizzy and wavy without the treatments. So, to keep it straight and smooth, which WEN conditioner should I use? My hair is oily.

I would suggest tea tree definitely - it will help normalize your scalp and add moisture to your hair. But it would be good for you to get one of the sets that has several cleansing conditioners in it - at least 6 oz each so you can get a good idea of how each one is going to work with your hair. Don't mix them at first. Definitely get the styling crème - they are basically all the same except for the scent and except for 613. It will help smooth out your hair, seal in the moisture and add heat/sun protection.
Welcome to WEN and come back with any questions.

I'm not sure which one is right for you but I have become a big proponent for Wen after being a skeptic for years. I now only use it and my hair is so much softer and easier to manage. It's amazing the difference.

Are you saying that you want to use WEN and give up your keratin treatments because they're expensive?
If your hair is naturally wavy without treatments other than your shampoo and conditioner, it's still going to be wavy after you use WEN. WEN won't change that. If you don't want to wear it that way and want it completely straight, you'll need to use something to keep it that way, either a product you add to your hair or a heat element, like a blowout or a flat iron. Or your keratin treatments.
I used Tea Tree and Fig and my hair air dries and there's just no way my wavy hair is going to dry straight without help.

While there are some very general rules, there are lots of exceptions to each rule. In the end, I think most people have to try the various formulas out in order to figure out what is going to work out best for them.
You mentioned that you were having keratin treatments. I don't really know much about keratin treatments except that it adds protein to your hair. So I wanted to make sure you knew about the Wen 613 Cleansing Conditioner which is fortified with amino acids which are the building blocks of protein. I think that Chaz recommends 613 as an alternative to keratin treatments, but I don't know exactly how it will affect your hair.
There are several Wen kits which allow you to try out a number of different Wen scents. Below are two kits which will give you one cleanse for each of 6 different cleansing conditioners (two cleanses for Sweet Almond Mint & Pomegranate). The more expensive kit ($55) will also give you 8 packets of the 613 amino acid fortified cleansing conditioner.
