I just tried because I haven't gotten my email notification yet. Keep getting database error. Doesn't matter what link I try. Hopefully it's just for now, when I went in a few months ago to change my age, I didn't have any problem with the site.

My Winter box only had one thing that was in the photo. I got the Pond's (a much smaller size than it appears in the photo) and a bunch of foil shampoo packets. That was it. And a few other people posted here that their boxes were similar to mine.

I think a lot of what we see online can be misleading, so people should be aware that there are no guarantees of what you're going to get.

eta: I just read all the replies here, and I'm going to wait to see what I actually get, and then I'm probably going to cancel. My Fall box was good, Winter was a huge disappointment, and it sounds as though Spring is going to be pretty bad too. I absolutely hate foil packets and don't want a box full of them again!

The one I just received is the Spring Beauty Box. They have one for Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter.

I just logged in & cancelled my subscription. It came back up & said This subscription has been cancelled. It said if you cancel the account it will be removed & I would have to set up another one if I wanted to start back up. I tried to logout & got an error & tried to log back in & the page cannot be displayed. Just keep trying. When they shipped out the Winter box they had the same problem with the website not working.

I received my yesterday and it is terrible. My first time box was good, next one wasn't so good, and this one stinks! Just little pkg samples that you can peel out of any magazine. So disappointed.

Spent over 1 hour trying to cancel. Interesting process going nowhere. Finally called customer service, nice young man who tried to help me. He even asked his supervisor. Seems that Wal-Mart has out sourced this out and have no control over billing. He was sending a request to head office. May or may not be able to cancel with even that help.

He suggest to contact credit card company and stop payment.

Wow! what an ordeal.

Where are you trying to cancel it? I cancelled the same place I set up my account. Here is the link from the email I received showing my spring beauty box has shipped. I just cancelled mine. Only took a few mins. Login at the top right corner of page.

After trying many times last night and again this morning and only getting an error message, I was just able to cancel. I have not gotten an email nor have I been charged for the spring box, so I hope it doesn't come. I'm glad to be done.
