So for the up side.. If/when Wen is found to be safe for use..
This will mean Wen is the ONLY hair care product to ever be investigated by the FDA and cleared as safe for use?
It seems it could turn out to be a big plus for the brand.
I'm looking forward to this being resolved.

I saw a segment about this on the national news over the weekend. They highlighted a poor little girl (maybe 9 years old) who lost all of her hair due to using Wen. My question is, why didn't the mother have her stop using it before it got to that point? She was completely bald!

I'm sorry, I'm not buying that story. I think there is more to it than just Wen. And yes, if the mom thought it was Wen, why did she not stop. If she is suing, hope she is prepared to produce all medical history, medications taken, etc. - JMO

I agree. I am not buying the story either. I have used Wen since he first came to QVC and still use it and nothing is wrong with my hair but it looking pretty darn good!

Pantene irritates my scalp. I guess I should use it until I go bald, then blame them for my poor choice of not quitting the product.
Same and it not only irritates my skin it makes my hair shed by the buckets loads. Pantene and Suave. Meanwhile, Wen have almost no shedding or fallout. Think Pantene has actually been sued for it.

I have to question it myself. Has anyone considered that someone may have tampered with the Wen? Could they have mixed something like Nair hair remover in it? Not implying the Mother did it but maybe she didn't buy the Wen from a reputable place. Just a thought...
