That is an excellent question and I think they lose a lot of credibility for not doing so. It leaves people to wonder and worry if their product really has lead or if it doesn't.
I guess it works out for any products that really do have lead, since people might keep them thinking it was a mistake. The disclaimer didn't say that no QVC products contain lead. People won't know unless they read the ingredients (maybe not not listed or too small to read, depending on the type of product) or reorder and get the same notice.
The lack of an itemized lists seems very lazy and disingenuous.
