I have lots of WEN and it just sits on the shelf.  After using for a period of time I noticed my hair getting thinner and thinner. WEN settled a lawsuit for women whose hair became very thin after using.  After reading that I figured out what was causing the thinning of my hair.

Happens every time Chaz visits, same verse, frequently same singers, missing a few.

I have used WEN exclusively for 10 years, NO itchies, dirty hair, fall outs, no stopped up pipes, and NEVER a cool rinse.

My now long, thick, fine hair is shinny, smooth with no splits for the first time ever.

Of course not every product works for every person.

This doesn't seem like a bait or bashing  thread to me.

People have a right to tell their honest experiences with WEN.  Some like it, some don't. Some had bad experiences and some good.

It is this same way for every cosmetic products sold.

I don't understand why some posters take a negative review or story about WEN and feel they have to defend it.

Chaz is a multi millionaire.  Apparently a lot of people purchase and use his products so he is not suffering or hurting in any way.  When you put yourself and your product line out there, you should be prepared for the good and bad comments.

Not every product is for everyone.  I'm a 10 year Wen user and it's been a godsend for my thick hair.

Also, I've never rinsed with cool/cold water and my drains have never been clogged.

Ditto.  I'm an 8-year WEN girl and have neve had an issue with clogged drains.

I do my final rinse with cool water, then a cold shot, NOT because of WEN, but because of my curls.  Even my hairdresser (& past hairdressers) have always done a cool rinse with a cold shot the end to help keep my curls from frizzing.

Awhile back they were in trouble for hair falling out.  Not sure it was resolved or even true.  But I simply don't want to try it out  just to see how bad it might be.  And it is expensive.  I have  great luck with box store brands.  I do rotate, just incase one has a problem for overuse.

Do you know there is an actual dictionary term called "wen"(?). It, literally, means: "scalp acne"😵. Why would someone call a product (purportedly) intended for making hair healthy a word which symbolizes the total *opposite* meaning of that? Plain ´ol weird.
