Vaselline jelly in white tube think it's 80 cents in Target. Make sure to put balm on every night as think that is key to keeping lips crack free. Another 2 products that work (more $) are Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream and Josie Maran Intensive Balm in the tube.

I have a few that have worked well for me in the past, certain Blistex, EOS, Neutrogena. But this past winter I was having trouble keeping hydrated and my lips were parched. My Dad actually gave me a tube of Lypsyl and it cleared them up literally overnight. Well, I started using it early afternoon and by morning they were 100 pct better. He is outside all the time tending to cattle and fencing, tractor mowing etc. in all kinds of weather. I had never heard of it but they sell it at Walgreens so I assume other drugstores do too. My lips are weird, most of the fancy balms make them worse as well as Chapstick and Vaseline is the worst. So I have tried a bunch. Look up the ingredients in Lypsyl..good stuff.
