Using eye creams after Cataract Surgery Question

Had cataract surgery this week, and 2nd one to be done in 1 month. Was wondering when I can resume eye moisterizers to upper lids- if any of you have had the surgery and have done so. Was just told to throw out old mascara and no eye make up for 2 weeks. My upper lids are so dry, don't know if I can make it for more than 2 weeks, and the 5 weeks of eye drops aren't going to help. Currently using Ole Henricksen Fresh Start. Thank you in advance, Cheryl
