I asked this before but can't find the answer. I love the Rescue Cream but I have a lot of hand cream that comes with the hand sanitizer. Is there any real difference between the hand cream and the Rescue cream? In other words, is there any reason not to use the hand cream on my face? Thank you again if you answered me already, I just can't find the answer.

@Imadickens   You can locate the ingredients lists for both and compare them.  I'm thinking the hand cream is thicker.  I wouldn't put that in my face, but arms, legs, and feet would be ok, IMO.

Re: Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream

Thanks so much. I'll do that. I wondered if there were any ingredients that wouldn't be suitable for the face? Some ingredient names are difficult to decipher, but I'll do my best!

Re: Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream

For those who have used this as a face moisturizer, is it good for dry, aging skin? I need  something very moisturizing without feeling greasy. TIA

HSN currently has the super size (16oz) of this on sale for $39.99. 775-541. There's a variety of scents including "pure" which is described as being unscented.

I bought for me and for presents! I'm currently using the Tribal Chocolate and that's not one of the options right now but I'd bet the others are great. I bought Amber Vanilla and Honeylux.

The only downside to this otherwise wonderful product is the container. I really wish it came in a tube. Instead it is in a tub with a poorly fitting lid that doesn't close tightly.

Re: Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream

I tried this cream but it did not work for me at all.  It felt like I had a coating on my skin.  And the scent was too strong.  I wanted to like it because it was all-in-one for face and body but it just did not like my skin.

Re: Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream

I can understand @bargainsgirl @if you wouldn't want to take a gamble and try the Pure, but the ingredients really are great. Nothing chemical or synthetic. It is truly clean beauty and it's botanical which I really like. The Pure shouldn't have added fragrance. There seems to be a lot of liberty with the use of the term clean beauty, but this really is. It does sit on your skin, I know what you mean, but at the same time it really leaves your skin so smoothe soft and it lasts on your hands through hand washing. I love it.

I also love First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream and have used it for years. It just skyrocketed in price which a lot of us have written about on these boards. But it's a fantastic product and if you're looking for something new to try that really does perform, I could absolutely recommend that one too.

Re: Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream

@Thats Me Thanks for the heads up on the HSN deal.  This is my very favorite cream ever, and I rarely think ot check HSN.  I keep a smaller empty containe to transfer it to, and I use from the smaller container daily.  I haven't been without this cream since I first bought it a couple of years ago.  Amber Vanilla and Tulipia are my favorite scents, but the tub doesn't come in Tulipia.

@Love4cats  My skin used to be dry, but it's pretty balanced now.  I've been using this on my face for a couple of years.  I don't find it to be greasy at all.  I just use a small amount on my face.

@Imadickens I do believe both creams are the same.  They both say all purpose rescue cream on them.  I have used both on my face.

Re: Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream

Sure @Eliana! I was looking for a thread about the product to let people know it was on sale. I like it so much. Really wish the container was better. Oh well, that wouldn't keep me away from this, not with the current price being as great as it is! It was $105 in my wish list.

Re: Tweak'd All Purpose Rescue Cream

@Thats Me

Thanks for sharing the special pricing.

What I find lacking on the product page, the current video posted, and in the reviews is more specific info and/or a description of the scents either available or reviewed. Reviewers often state how much they love the scent or that it's too strong, but which scent are they talking about?

I'd love to know a bit more about the Honey Lux. Is this honey scented, or named after the ingredients? How is the Amber Vanilla? The Pure, any scent at all? I would like to try this but would love more info before making a purchase.

Anything you or @Eliana or @bargainsgirl  or anyone else can share about the scent options would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks!

[ Edited ]

@rochelleS @I have a 3 oz tube of what I think is the Amber Vanilla. I love it, and would describe it as having vanilla, spice, and a musky or woodsy component.

Have also tried the Tribal Chocolate but that's not offered right now. I love that one too and it smells like cocoa butter (to me at least).

The Pure is supposed to be unscented but somehow I doubt that it's truly unscented. It shouldn't have fragrance added to it, but ingredients have natural fragrance. I just don't know how that gets handled.

I ordered Honeylux but haven't received it yet. It has 3 different kinds of honey in it but other ingredients too.

I find it's nearly impossible to describe in words what a product smells like. We all smell things differently, and products smell differently on us.
