Oh forgot to say 3 days and nights of using Isomers Ceramide lipid support has just about eliminated the sandpaper skin!

I haven't tried that serum, but I have Isomers Copper Peptide Ceramide Cream, which is also very soothing. I avoid my T-Zone with it, due to the "cones".

Joining all you WK 5ers tomorrow. I've made a small change in my AM skin care routine. I pulled out my Murad Age Reform Soothing Cream Mask and Hydrating Toner this week to use in the AM. The combination is helping with the dryness on my forehead. It developed that ""sandpapery"" feel after using Tria's Serum post treatment.

Just the words ""Soothing"" and ""Hydrating"" make me go Ahhhhh. :-)

Looks like I will be a week behind. I had to send my laser back today due to the red default light coming on {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}. I was hoping it was just a charger problem because I am sure I have an older model (white, moveable charger and CD), but the CS said I needed to send the whole laser back. I tried to have them send me a new one before I sent my current laser back, but they said "They could not send out a new one until the old one is on its way". I know one of out fellow-laser beauties insisted on getting a new one before sending back her old one, but that didn't work for me today.

asltw, sorry to hear that about not being able to have them send you one before you send yours back. I don't know why they do it for some and not for others.

I would be so discouraged too, but you will get right back into it. Let us know when you get your new one. Take care.

I have been stalking every board about the Tria. I have mine for 3 weeks. What do you mean by the 8 week protocol? I've been doing the way it was recommended in the booklet. I did level 1 for a week and level 2 for a week and now I'm on level 3. I took 2 days off in between. I am not really noticing any difference at all in any areas. What I am noticing is the dryness. That's it. Is the dryness part of the whole treatment ? I wish I could say I see something but I don't .

Pa Gurl, most of us here are doing the 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off protocol. It has been used in Canada for awhile and that is how those gals have been using it and the protocol for them was 8/4, everyday. For some reason the protocol for the U.S. is 12 weeks with 2 days off per week. We have decided to go with the 8/4. There really is no difference, but we are hoping maybe to see results sooner and if we don't see anything, we still have time to return the unit. I know some gals here may just keep it because the next treatment round may show better results.

Dryness and sandpaper feeling is part of the treatment. I haven't had any dryness and I am on week 5 now and level 3 for most of my treatments. And I am not noticing anything with my face either. Hope I explained this good for you.

So sorry to learn that your treatments will be interrupted. Hopefully they will expedite the shipment of your replacement.

Question for fellow Tria users. Is it possible to share the first 3 digits of your serial number with me?
