Just wanted to mention that I read a post from you followed immediately by one from snowball and had a fond memory fly into my head. When I was six, my parents got me two bunnies for Easter, one black and one white. I named them Snowball and Midnight. Made me smile to remember those darling bunnies. Mom wasn't too happy when they chewed the legs on the piano, though. Thanks for jogging that memory.
Ahhhow funny shannara!.Perfect names for a black and white bunny to!
Just wanted to say i have the same thing going on my left side of face from driving and sun damage...I never had acne but from the skin slacking way worse there than the right side it looks like big pores or acne scaring..My r side looks great and my jowel area is much better than the left side.Hardly any slacking and pretty firm compared to the other!.Bummer i know!..I dont see any fines lines until i smile the i have them on both sides, but the left is much worse.
So i am hoping the Tria helps with this as well as the slight droop on each side of my mouth..My nasolabial folds are not to bad,but under my chin is so help there..
I am doing facial flex daily so hoping to see alot with that..I heard we will see more results after 12 weeks..I am 28 days into it..
I am thinking of starting the derma roller again in my 1 month recovery period to.I will use the .5 1 x month only and the .2 daily until i start the Tria again..I did the .5 and 2 but stopped before i saw any results.
I think some on EDS forum are saying they saw the most difference in the second round of using the Tria..For that reason i am gonna keep it regardless of how much improvement i see at 3 months. All tho i do expect to see something hopeful because many others have seen SOMETHING good in the first round...One gal had been using on 2 and saw results on upper lip and mouth droop on the sides. If i remember correctly it took 2 rounds to see this on sides of mouth..Thats very encouraging!......Some are talking about deeper wrinkles going away to..I am wondering if quality skincare has a big impact on how things turn out?..Like matrixyle, peptides and stem cells..Isomers has good percentages in there serums.

Oh forgot to say 3 days and nights of using Isomers Ceramide lipid support has just about eliminated the sandpaper skin!

I was going to let you know that I used the Cure for the second time this morning -- no more sandpaper, I swear! I attribute that also to my new Zone Distribution a la shannara. The only things I'm not happy with now is the tanned look (I'm wondering if I had SO many sub-dermal age spots they're making an appearance and changing the look of my skin tone) and a redness. I've decided the way to combat that is to get Hourglass Ambient Powder in Diffused -- I knew I'd find a way to justify it!
I saw a photo/article of a man who was a truck driver for 35 years. One side of his face was SO Tommy Lee Jones -- and about 5x more droopy and saggy. The other side just looked like a regular 60-something year old guy. They called it something -- some condition -- but attributed it to the UV damage coming through the driver's side window all those years. Since then, I've worn sunblock every single day INSIDE, too! (I haven't ventured outside without it, regardless of cloud cover or lack of sun, in about 30 years.)
I'm really going to look into that Isomers Ceramide. There is just SO MUCH stuff on my To Get list (although I just checked off Hourglass :-)

Hi,
I just started week 2 on Monday - my unit was one of the advanced order units so I received last Monday and started my treatment on the same night. I have read every single post on this topic and appreciate all the help, good tips and advice you all have offered.
I went right to level 3 starting on my day 2. I am not having too many difficulties and will continue this treatment for the full 8 weeks. I have decided that if I do not see great improvements, then I will return my unit. I am a little bit apprehensive that there aren't more before and after pictures on the web. Tria has a few on their site and I was able to find a few more by doing a google search, but I would think that if this unit is as good as I am hoping that it is, that there would then be loads of before and after photos.
Just my decision. I feel like I am chasing the fountain of youth lately.
Thanks for everything!

Hi, jc1457 - Just wanted to say welcome. We all appreciate having this support group and hope you will participate any way you like. I'm amazed you plugged your way through all the posts, must be a long read by now. Glad to hear you aren't having any problems. Maybe since you got an advanced order you won't have all the charger problems had by many here. Since you are a couple weeks behind most of us, you will have the benefit of reading what happens during our post treatment time. We're all hoping for a little something noticeable that tells us this is working.

Hi, jc1457! Google "Tria Skin Rejuvenating Laser" -- that's what it's called in Canada. As you may know, it was launched there over a year ago, so a few more pics posted. The first couple that came up for me were more impressive than any I've seen -- or expected. Both after 8 weeks. One was around the lips, the other the forehead and the crows. As with everything you Google, there are photos of a lot of other things that pop up so you have to kind of slog through. Still, not as many as we'd like, but SOME more.
You'll be able to hear about our raves or disappointments after 8 weeks before you're at that point -- nice!

I have been using eucerin exzema relief over top of my creams which gives instant soothing. I use ice cold water splashed on my face after each use which has taken down the redness and heat on the skin after treatment. I am using SKII masks 3x per week. These provide much needed hydration and cooling. I notice the most improvement on my recovery days. My skin has a chance to heal and has more clarity. I am using the laser very close to my lips to see if it will plump them up. It's not the most pleasant, but they are swelling a bit. I don't go on my neck only because i am afraid of all the glands and thyroid that may be affected. I had a large brown spot on my face that is now 90% gone. It is remarkable how much it has faded. Smaller ones have disappeared. My eyelids have been lifted. I have been concentrating on my upper brow when i do my forehead. So far, i love the machine and it's meeting my expectations. I *know* the lines i have now are temporarily caused by the dryness and stress of the laser, only because when i take my 2 day break each week, my skin starts looking great. I never want to be without it!
Holy cow! Those are some amazing results! How many weeks have you been using it? I wonder if I should re-think my decision to follow the 8 week protocol. Hmmmm....
When I do my lips, I had too much difficulty between the upper lip and my nose, so now I close my mouth and pull my lips in over my teeth, then just glide across. Can't get and closer than that, so I'll have to pay attention and see if they're plumping at all (I'd love that!).
Thanks so much for the encouraging report. And great idea about the Eucerin Ecxzema cream!

jc1457, WELCOME!!!! And I am glad to hear about your results. I too would love to see some plumping of the lips!!! And I am totally amazed that you see some lifting of your eyelids!! I haven't seen any results yet, at least I don't think so. Except for that line on the side of my mouth, which does seem to be diminishing and of course my eye bag. I don't use the Tria close to my eye anymore and it seems to be going away. I still don't know if I will keep it after the 8 weeks.
I use it on my neck and better be careful about the thyroid.

I'm starting my 4th week today. I was trying to do the 8 week protocol so I would have time to see if I got improvements during the 4 week off period (before the 90 day return policy was up). But so far I've only been able to do it 6 days a week instead of 7. Last week I didn't get a chance to do it on Saturday and when I looked in the mirror on Sunday morning, my skin looked so good. I've been noticing improvements for the last couple of weeks and I started to wonder if it was due to my having a recovery day every week.
Because of the improvements I'm already seeing, I too don't ever want to be without it and I have decided to keep it. I'm already seeing improvements, so there's no need for me to wait for the 4 week off period. I have also decided to continue taking at least 1 day a week off (I may try 2 just to see if I get more improvements).
I told my husband, "this is the best beauty tool I have ever purchased"!
