She is most likely in her late 20s, early 30s. She has neck lines and those usually don't become visible until around that age. Asians also don't age the same as Caucasians.

@Shanus  yes I can see this as being a super versatile product,this quad kinda reminds me of Bobbi's shimmer strips , but in separate pans. Old Chanel makeup 

artist trick : as last finishing touch , dip your eyeshadow brush in your blusher and do a light sweep across eyelids to pull it all together..
