The Big Chill Kit

I missed out on this a couple years back...it had Black Ice eyecolor and Pink Ice blush... I've gotten both of those... did it come with Ice Queen too? I just got a really good deal on a FS Ice Queen on ebay and hoping now I have all the pieces of the Big Chill kit... TIA..is that all that was in there? Lili
