TSV NuFace - Anyone Receive Theirs?

I am on WL for the advanced order and am kind of on the fence about this. I watched all the videos and honestly I hardly saw any difference in the before and after photos. They kept going on and on of the amazing difference and watching it on HiDef TV I saw such a minimal difference, hardly noticeable. My question is, is this really worth the time and money, have any of you had really noticeable results with this? I am starting to have some sagging, especially in the mouth area, the sides seem to be turning down. What do you all think?

Re: TSV NuFace - Anyone Receive Theirs?

I just checked the status @ UPS and it's scheduled to be delivered on the 9th.

I know what you mean -- no jaw-dropping before and afters, but when I would try to objectively look at these women, they honestly looked younger and more refreshed in the after shots. The before shots definitely had a *down* feel to them, the afters were lifted. Granted, none of the before shots were horrifying, but I could definitely tell the difference. Subtle, but enough where I think if I was looking at each shot and they asked me to guess their ages, I'd guess between 5-10 years older on the before pics.

I will be happy to just be able to look in the mirror and say "you know, I look better" rather than "man, I've GOT to do something" (which is what I say now!).

Also, the positive reviews far outnumbered the negative reviews, so heck, I'm more than willing to give it a shot!Smile

MarenSeattle - Thanks so much for your reponse. You are right, the differences are very subtle and maybe that will indeed make a difference. Please let me know how you like it after you use it, I still have until Feb. 7th to change my mind but I will probably take a chance and try it. Again, thank you so much.

Re: TSV NuFace - Anyone Receive Theirs?

I received mine and tried it out. I suppose that in time I may have gotten used to it, but it just seemed too "high maintenance" and too time consuming to me. You have to be sure that you have washed your face, then you have to apply the gel (and if you do it all at once instead of area by area it dries out and you have to reapply), do the procedures with the regular attachment and then do the procedures with the extra attachment. Then you have to wash your face again to get off all the gel. It sure wasn't as simple as they make it look during the presentation. I'm sending mine back.

Re: TSV NuFace - Anyone Receive Theirs?

I received mine on 1-4-14; delivery delay because of snow on the East Coast. I just tried it last evening.

From the presentation, you do need 'me time' to do this. Put the gel on in sections and I had no problem with drying gel. If it did, I just misted some water on. Worked very well. Also, watch some of the videos on line. There is one which is very helpful.

I started at the lowest setting and I felt nothing. I also did not see any results. Tonight I will amp it up to the 2nd setting and see what that does.

The presentation, nor instructions, states which setting to use and when to amp it up. I would be interested in what settings others use?

I am going to keep mine for atleast 90-days. We are supposed to get a 120-day return so why not. NOTE: you can create your own routine. I did my neck, cheeks, and brow area which took me, first time, about 10 minutes..mostly because I was being very careful. Sometime you have to wait for the beeps to start.

I hope this helps. I personally purchased this because of my chin and neck area. I'll be darn I am going to give it a go, mainly because of the return policy. I would not have purchased it without hearing that. Since I would never consider surgery, this was my alternative to try.

Re: TSV NuFace - Anyone Receive Theirs?

I didn't get this TSV, but I did get the last one. It had the red LED attachment. I returned mine because the attachments didn't seem to fit very well. I could see that over time there would be problems getting the unit to function properly due to the attachments not snapping on tight. I also didn't feel it gave me enough results to justify the daily time (and $$!) invested. The item number is A235939 if you want to read the reviews. I didn't bother posting one because it says the product is no longer available and I figured no one would ever see it. I think they intentionally "sell out" some items so they can retire that item number and people don't see the negative reviews.

Re: TSV NuFace - Anyone Receive Theirs?

I have an older nu face, at least two years old. that did not have the attachment, and use it at least 3 times a week. And I did order the new one, as I do not want to be without it because it does make a difference. It helps with sagging and it does tone. I do look younger. I am not going to be carded when I buy a drink, but it works for me. I take care of my skin with keeping it moisturized and this is another step in that process. Yes, it is time consuming, I can't argue with that!

I use clear aloe from Walmart and it is a good and very cheap substitute for the gel that comes with it. I think I have mine on a fairly high setting, and I rarely use it on my forehead, but with the new attachment (whenever it comes) I will start using it on my eyes and forehead.

Re: TSV NuFace - Anyone Receive Theirs?

cotto2: Thanks for your imput. I will wait for the 2/7 delivery and give it a try. At least we are given 90 days to try it out first. A lot of posters said they use the Aloe gel, which I will also be getting. I am sure their gel can be quite expensive over time and Aloe Gel is all natural and very inexpensive.
