I have to speak about this horrible company. Purchased several eyeliner pencils. When I tried to sharpen them they literally fell apart. Contacted Tarte in August 2016. They wanted pictures. I sent them. I got a WOW we are shocked. we will replace. I have contacted them reapeatedly and I get a polite, thank you for your patience.

 

They have not replaced them and it have been over three months now. 

REALLY!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TARTE PRODUCT.

They obviously stand behind their cheap, defective products!!!

Sorry this problem has gone on so long. Have you thought about sharing this situation with Leigh on her Facebook page? Maybe she can help in getting this issue resolved.
