I know. It's not something to play around with like any hormone. Yes, all three were tested. I have never and I mean NEVER been able to tell ANY difference being on thyroid and I've been on multiple strengths. My mother is the same way yet I have a friend that says she can tell if she misses one day. I've been on generic and brand name. Can you tell a difference?

LOL! You'd be surprised at what's in my Sephora cart for the sale next month. Just four things and only two of those are makeup and one of those is a repeat buy. One of the skincare products is a repurchase. This is the e/s look I wanted to wear to see Patrick and it (again) is sold out It's gone in and out of stock half dozen times since I've been looking at it. So I'm wearing this palette instead. It's the first one @Shanus influenced me to buy and it's been one of my favorites

BTW, (other than when on Levothyroxine), my Thyr tests required my dosage to be constantly adjusted each & every test, each & every month.

Until, (for other reasons), I, on my own, took myself off all "refined sugar," & stayed off. My stubbornness has me constantly looking for (refined) S/Free alternatives, & panicked & fussy if my fave (refined) S/Fs foods are getting low supply!!.

This was NOT EASY, trust me!! I dont envy anybody who thinks they need to, & tries to remove "refined sugar" from their life. But it's paid off in spades, for me!

Since (refined) S/F my Lab results, across the board, were all w/in normal limits! Never, ever, ever happened before! Incl T3, T4, TSH. in perhaps 40-50 yrs, that NEVER happened with my Thyroid tests! Somehow, that "no refined sugar" made the difference, & shocked me! (And I've never had a BldSug/Diabetic problem, thank goodness)

I have absolutely no idea why "no refined sugar" made the difference in *all tests, incl Thyr. But I realized, it had been incredibly powerful, in my life, (for me).

(But, unfortunately, not in the sweating dept grrr)

And when on sale, (OneStopPlus.), I've been stocking up on "2pc (Bra) Swim Tops'"(only), so I'm "decently" acceptably covered, but with as few clothes as possible. heh

Thanks for our chat abt Thyroid Rxs here.

It triggered me. I realized I became negligent of my lifesaving, required Iron meds for profound anemia.

I took a horrid, bashed, complex fall 4 wks ago, several broken, cracked ribs, & I was more concerned with ribs, lungs, heart, pain & up'ing my Collagen. And then added applicaton of these Dynamic D82 drops.. I guess I forgot also, the *required* Iron.

My issue is not serious but blushing has always been an issue for me. I never/rarely speak up in a crowd. The minute I do, my face turns red, no matter the topic of conversation.

At 67 years of age you'd think I would not blush....I wish there was something I could take.
