I ordered 2 of the Hyalo plasmas. The order went to "in process"-charged through on my bank account to-"backorder".  Waited. Just yesterday through my own investigation on a new charge on my account, I was told that is what it was for-one was cancelled and the other looked like it would ship so they authorized on my account. Well, now both are cancelled!

The cs said they were waiting for more from the vendor.  QVC has plenty of stock.

This is not the first time I have been caught in an over-sell situation.  It simply is not fair.

The cream was $55, regular $135.

Over selling happens a lot on shopping networks. It is unfair! Itis wrong! It has happened to me several times.

You might try contacting the Perricone office. Perhaps the company will want to make it right.

It's certainly not your fault for ordering it and QVC should honor it and send you the two you ordered.  Otherwise, I say shame on QVC. It must be very dissapointing for you.

I am becoming a bit disilluioned with QVC. I always felt that they were a business with integrity. I ordered the Bowflex Fitness Tracker on Super Saturday for $24.98+$3 S&H, for my sister. She was very excited, but when she got it, it wouldn't work. I got online to see if anyone else had reviewed theirs & had any problems. No reviews for S7922, but 81 one star reviews for F11394, because it didn't work. It is the same exact product! QVC & Bowflex knew it was a bad product & sold it with a different item # for Super Saturday.

Another small, but disappointing item is A335459. Not sold on Super Saturday, but clearly marked as $10 on the box in the picture for 2 oz of First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser & 2 oz of Ultra Repair Cream & QVC is selling it for $12+$3 S&H.
