My hair grew faster and longer but,  after about 6 weeks of taking it,  I also started to get scalp itch and I started to get more hair falling out.  I stopped taking it.  It took a few weeks but the excess fall out has slowed.  It was the only new thing I added so it was suspect which was why I stopped .

 

Also you must tell  the doc doing any thyroid tests that you are taking it. It can throw off your TSH test results.

 BTW ,  I have no thyroid issues. I just googled problems with taking biotin and those items popped up...
