Yup. But I did take a look at some other sets with color cosmetics in them, and usually the description appears to be accurate. In a kit with both skincare and color, they'll give the origin of both. And I saw one kit in which the one type of color cosmetic was listed as being made in China, while the mascara was in Taiwan.
