ShopHQ no longer including Smart Label return with orders?

Apparently ShopHQ is at it again. I placed 2 orders recently & when I looked up the tracking info on the orders, both of them said not eligible for Smart Label returns. Check your recent orders & see if you have the same message on your order(s)

I just returned a pair of slacks yesterday for an exchange in a different size, and my order did have the Smart Label.

I think it depends on what you order.

My most recent order did include a Smart Label but I never use them. Less expensive to use my own pre-printed label for returns.

My ShopHQ order included a smart label.

Per my tracking info, Corky's shoes aren't eligible for a Smart Label return nor are Skinn products.

How does ShopHQ handle returns? Do you pay to ship the item back to them & then you have to pay again to have the exchange shipped back to you?

Did you post this somewhere else or am I losing my mind? I know I posted on a thread about this. {#emotions_dlg.blink}

I believe that if items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, you do not get a Smart Label. The same thing happens with HSN and QVC as well. I've ordered items from all 3 and not received the Smart Label because the item wasn't eligible.

LOL, not you're definitely NOT losing your mind. I posted in Beauty & Fashion since I ordered from both categories. It appears that Corky's shoes & Skinn aren't eligible for the Smart Label returns so the product must be coming directly from the manufacturer as you stated.

I've had some items without return labels, they were usually larger items. For exchanges, they process it as a return, then the exchange as a new order. They do charge you shipping both ways for regular orders and exchanges, but don't charge you three times for an exchange as far as I can tell.
