Just not my day!!! I just received the CF, the new one, I opened it and I am now wearing it. Not to mention my tablecloth is wearing it as well. A few minutes before I took a spill at the front door. Oh so the whole point of this is that the It site does not have a phone number to call, only a customer service form or an email address. Who does that????? I did tell them I am not sending it back and wasting my time, I'll email a pic.

sorry that happened to you. They have great cs. they will take care of you, and doubt they will ask you to send it back
