I see this is a TS on the other channel. You mix a few drops of the tanning product into your moisturizer of choice, which I love the concept of! I bought a similar product from Paula's Choice about a month ago. I tried it on the tops of my feet and it worked nicely. I then tried it on my legs (hips to feet) and I felt I needed to use more drops. Are there any other products like this? Do you think this will be the next up and coming product?
I feel like the Paula's Choice product won't go very far when using from head to toe, but I also wasn't sure I wanted to spend 45 dollars on the TS product. Any drugstore options available?

@Stargazer77 I had given up on self tanners the last few years because they just got to be a pain. This one does look interesting and has pretty good reviews on HSN. I really like the fact that it can just be mixed with your body lotion, that seems like it would be so much easier than the usual tanners.
If you don't want the magazine you can get a rebate for $ 8.00 back to lower the price some. I'm going to give this one a try.

I am wondering how you get the drops mixed evenly in whatever cream you put it in? By the tie you mix it together the cream is absorbed into your hands, no?
How else would you mix it? Any thoughts?

@gabstoomuch I bet it will take a little bit of playing around with it to become comfortable applying it. If it is too much work I figure I can always send it back though so I'm willing to take the chance.
One thing I haven't heard is how long does it last on the skin once the tan is developed? I guess I should read through more of the reviews.

The reviews online (in general, not HSN) are good.
It seems it used to be a liquid called "tan luxe-the water" that you just spritzed on. Everyone loved that.
Now he took the water back out again, and it is just drops. Still the same formula from the brief run around the internet that I took.
Self-tanning is so much work. I don't usually bother, but I have a couple of events this summer. I have patches on my skin that are small, but very white (sort of like vitiligo). They are not noticable until I try to tan them.
The vendor (his name just escaped me) said this would cover spots like that.
I just found Tan-luxe on Facebook, and it states this is his first big "tada" stateside, so apparently this is his US debut? Except for people who already know about it I guess.

I ordered it. I like the idea of using my own moisturizers. On the live presentation they showed the lady mixing it. She had lotion on the top of her hand, added the drops & blended it right on her hand. Then she applied it to her face or arms.
I wonder if it will be ok to use with retinol products- such as my Paula's Choice. I guess I will have to experiment. Would like to hear from anyone that's tried it. Any tips?

I would put my lotion on a saucer or something like that and mix in the drops with a spoon.

I think the one at Paula's Choice is something like twenty or thirty per cent off right now.

From the description of product:
Self-tanning drops that can be mixed into your favorite moisturizer, serum or oil and applied to your face and body for a tailor-made tanned look
Evidentally you can add it to oils, serums or moisturizer. If this works, that is really great that you can add to several different beauty items! ![]()

@SunnyRose Thank you so much for the rebate information! That will probably tip me over the fence.
I love the concept. I use CeraVe moisturizer after every shower and was very excited when I saw Paula's product that I could mix into my own moisturizer.
