Well, I used the Remorse as my leave in today; MUCH better! Didn't use any styling products either and it was fine.
I read on a thread courtesy of BeBe about using the RTM at night as a leave in on dry hair so I did; spritzed the hair, mixed some RTM with water, applied all over and braided. Rinced out this morning and did a normal CC with another small amount mixed with water as my leave in... air dried nicely with MUCH less fizz.
I'm going to do this with my Kids WEN and not use the Fig at all and see what happens.
I'm also going to make my own RTM using the SHP CC and the SHP oil mixed together and see what that does (read that was what CHAZ did before making the RTM product).
Geez this is a GREAT forum!!! And all due to some GREAT ladies!![]()

Have you tried using a little of the Remoist as a leave in? You may have to experiment to find the right amount. My hair is short and fine and I use about dime's worth as leave in. Gives my hair a lot of body. I think some other users with curly hair have had great results too.

I have a recipe that I copied from one of the long-time posters, I'll post in just a moment.

In a small spray bottle, mix:
6 oz bottled or distilled water
4 pumps Wen 16 oz CC OR 2 pumps Wen 32 oz CC OR 3 pumps Wen seasonal CC OR 1 pump of 613 CC
2-4 drops of Wen oil
2 pumps of Styling Cream (6oz bottle)
Warm the water beforehand, so all ingredients mix evenly. The homemade version needs to be shaken well before each use.
You can customize this to what works best for your hair, but this will give you a good starting point.
Report back and let us know how it works!

You're welcome! Maybe you could try mixing up a bit without the styling cream, just to see how you like it. Maybe 3 oz water, 1-2 pumps CC, 1-2 drops of oil.
You can use whatever scents you like! I'm not sure what CC/oils you have on hand, but just pick two that smell good together and give it a try. For cleansing, I primarily use Sweet Almond Mint, Tea Tree, Cucumber Aloe and Lavender. I like the way all of those smell together. The Wen fragrances are so nice, I don't think you can go wrong!
I've never actually mixed any homemade RTM myself, just have kept this "recipe" on hand in case I wanted to!

Thank you for the recipe DoxieMomma, this sounds like a winner for wenners. ![]()
Now if Chaz would just get to steppin' on the BGT oil & styling crème, I'll be in business.
