I was watching the Sephora Play video linked from an earlier post and they were talking about the new Tarte 30 physical sunscreen and the Sephora MUA said to apply before your moisturizer. I always apply moisturizer, sunscreen (physical) and then foundation, in that order for application. Do you apply your sunscreen before moisturizer?

No, I apply my moisturizer before my sunscreen...always.

I just went and read about this lotion...it's a skin care lotion so it can be used in place of your moisturizer and you can also put on more of your own moisturizer if you want to layer it.

Moisturizer, Sunscreen, Foundation, unless there's a combo product that includes the SPF.

A good friend who's into skincare told me to do it last as to not smear the sunscreen around, or disturb it that it gets uneven.

Moisturizer first, then sunscreen.

(unless I can get a high enough SPF in a moisturizer)

My DD works for a derm and moisturizer is to be first as the other ladies have mentioned.

That's good as long as you're not planning on wearing makeup. If you do want to apply makeyp, you won't smear or disturb anything if you wait a few minutes after applying your sunscreen to do so.

If I were to apply my sunscreen in the amount I need AFTER my makeup, I might as well not wear makeup, at least foundation,  because my sunscreen is not totally clear.
