I'm sorry, let me clarify. It took 13 days after I placed the order for them to ship it with DHL. Now, DHL is taking forever on their part. I have the tracking information and its very basic as it just says "en route" but does not show exactly where the package is. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it wasn't. So now the tracking is back to saying it is on it's way and en route.

Oh boy...lol.

You can watch David's presentations on utube by typing shoplc in the search box, or download the shoplc app and watch on your computer or phone or simply watch live presentations on your computer or phone. Three different ways to watch if it's not available on your cable. I usually watch on utube and have the site opened separately on line in case I want to order. I believe if you scroll down on their home page you can access the current on air presentation quite easily. No need to miss seeing David's shows!

I'm sorry about the delayed shipping. It's never taken that long for my orders from ShopLC to get here. Something's definitely wrong.

Something is awry with your order. Did you get an email confirmation plus additional shipped emails for your order as well? I get these updates plus notification of shipping and out for delivery "today" notification too. Multiple items may ship separately and I'm still notified but this doesn't apply to your issue. Shipping for me has been fast overall, shipping from TX to MI, sometimes just three days. Call CS.

Yes, I receive email notifications for the shipment. The last one I received was on Tuesday stating it was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday). I will wait for today's deliveries and if it isn't in there I will need to reach out for further explanations.

I am just excited to start this and it is killing me, lol.
