Re: Received The RMS TSV! (From 8/9/22)

Mine came this morning.  I really like it!   The foundation is nice.  At first I was afraid because the color looked a little light  [ I am tan right now]   but I don't think it looks bad at all.   You only need a tiny amount and I love that it doesn't feel greasy or look shiny at all.  I actually don't mind the lippie.   Its a great lip balm for a natural look, on me anyways.   I love the luminizer,  its creamy, I always only have had the powder ones.   I haven't tried the mascara yet so I can't comment on that but all in all I like this kit.

@haddon9   I have the exact same issue with the lip shade as you do!  I passed on the kit.

Re: Received The RMS TSV! (From 8/9/22)

@nada54 I received mine this morning and just tried it out.  I really like the foundation, the 22.5 is a perfect match for me.  I do like this foundation much better than the one in the jar.  I found that one to be drying and thick.  I agree that you only need a little bit.  It is such a nice natural look.  The color of the balm isn't my favorite, but I will wear it around the house.  The luminizer is great, like how it is so creamy.  The mascara is really nice, great length and no clumping at all.  I did use RMS primer as well.  I am very happy with this kit.

@justashopper

I received my kit on Saturday and it is being returned. Nothing worked for me with this kit. I am in my 60's and I have dry skin. The foundation didn't cover and the pump was very hard to operate. It finally came through and I did try what Rosemary said if it doesn't cover your age spots let it dry and then dab a little bit more, it still didn't cover. Plus it felt drying on my face. I used this with my normal skincare regime. The Lip balm was not good either. There was no color at all, it looked  more like a washed out gray color. Then the luminzer, I thought would be good, but that too failed me. It felt sticky after applying it over the foundation. As far as the mascara goes, the brush is way too large for my small lashes. Sorry, but it's being delivered back to QVC. Very disappointing. Now I paid $10.50 to try. I am sticking with Doll Ten

Re: Received The RMS TSV! (From 8/9/22)

The RMS TSV is pretty good. Love the foundation 22 light medium much better than the one in the jar like someone else said. I like the lip balm. The color is fine for me. I put Josie Maran clear lip sting over it to shine a bit.

The luminizer is not all cracked up to be what they claimed. I tried to put it in the corners of my eyes and it didn't show up. Maybe the pink one would be better. Didn't try the mascara yet. I'm not a big mascara wearer.  I also bought two powder blushes that are really nice. Sangria and Hanky Panky; great colors!

I used the light eyebrow powder in my hair where I am thinning. I have used many including Joan Rivers, Madison Reed,  Chelsea Scott. This looked the best and matched with my new graying hair.

I think it would be expensive to use RMS (it's really small) all the time so I will try Joan Rivers in the light blonde now instead of the blonde (which is closer to brown) because I think the gray would show up unnatural, seeing my hair is not all gray. If that doesn't work, I'll splurge for RMS until she makes something for the hair. 🤞 I am really enjoying the RMS  line.

Re: Received The RMS TSV! (From 8/9/22)

Recieved my TSV today and love it!  Well except for the lip balm, not a good color.  May try it with a lip pencil to see if that helps but, if not, will probably toss.  I knew when I purchased the TSV that the lip balm wouldn't work for me so it wasn't a suprise.

The foundation is a great match for me - 22.5.  Looks great and I love how easy it blends in and feels on my skin.  I will give it a true test run tomorrow.  Love the pump bottle so easy to use and like how you can twist it to close/open it.  The luminizer is nice and will definitely use it.  Didn't try the mascara as I have a different mascara open already so will try it later.

I'm very happy with this TSV.

Re: Received The RMS TSV! (From 8/9/22)

Did anyone order shade #33 warm medium?  I usually lean toward what the model Jill wears, who regularly wears med-tan in IT foundations the shade I too wear, but her demos for this RMS TSV where she wore #44 medium honey looked a little deeper/tanner than usual.  Just thought the 44 would be a tad too deep.

So again, if anyone may have ordered #33 warm medium please let me know how it reads.  I was hesitant that it may be too light for my medium olive complexion.  Thank you in advance!

[ Edited ]

Received my kit yesterday and today I tried everything in the kit and I love it!!!!!! Especially the foundation! It is wonderful, and I made the mistake of using too much, but it is a super nice foundation with great coverage and feels wonderful on the skin.

The highlighter is nice too-I only used a tiny bit, mascara is good, and while the lip feels great, the color isn't great on my skin tone, I am a Medium Golden Tan color, and this is a little too cool toned for me, and kind of washed me out. It feels great on the lips though, and I would absolutely order it in a different color...

I am so glad I purchased this kit, and I will definitely try out more products from the RMS line!!!

F.Y.I. I orderd #44 Medium Honey in the foundation! I also like the mascara as well, its nice for a natural look-doesn't feel clumpy at all.

@fitfuninformed I think # 44 would be a tad too dark for you, try the Warm Medium first.. I wear # 44 and I am a Medium Golden Tan color, I normally wear Tan in foundations on QVC. Hope this helps!
