Sorry to hear this happened. I have had similar experiences with cream products drying out in the past. My solution was to place a piece of saran wrap securely over the product. Made a tight seal with saran actually touching and preventing air contact with the item. This does work and extended the longevity of many eyeliners and blushes. My pots of Bobbi Brown eyeliners and cream blush pans really benefitted back in the day. I still do this.

@rochelleS thanks for the suggestion. I haven't experienced this issue with other brands. I'm going to send a complaint to RMS about it. 

It could be quality issues and low sales volume that is the reason why it's not doing well at Q.

HAVE BEEN A FAN OF HER PRODUCTS FOR A FEW YEARS NOW.  PURCHASED FROM QVC, BLUE MERCURY, AND HER WEBSITE.

HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF HER PRODUCT, AS OF YET.

I WILL SAY I LOVE HER POWDER BLUSHES MORE.

AND I DO LOVE WATCHING ROSE MARIE!!  SHE IS AWESOME!

@weez1987 I do like the RMS brand and agree the Rose Marie is awesome. Do wonder what is going on with her and Q as it dawned on me that she has not be on for the big holiday events. Looking forward to a relaxing weekend after the busy week of Thanksgiving. I'm going to let the CrockPot do the cooking this weekend  Have a good weekend!

I didn't care for that product either but LOVE the tinted serum moisturizer spf 30 and the  back2brow product with the brush. My favorites ever for what they are.

I've been curious to try the tinted lip balms but haven't yet.

@Calibeach, I think some cosmetic brands are done a disservice when they are saddled with a bad host.

@Etoile308  I understand your point, but a bad host never interferes with my shopping. I'm surprised that RMS was not part of the holiday beauty promos/events at Q this year.
