RMS Lip2Cheek - Poor Quality

I bought the RMS Lip2Cheek in a couple of colors a year ago Sept 2024. The ligher color faded by mid day. Initially I liked the bright Beloved color, but it was challenging to apply and blend.

I have been using other blushes for the past couple of months. Tried to use Beloved this morning, it's hard and not creamy anymore. Disappointed and won't be buying this product again.

Have noticed that this brand has not been on Q much lately.

Sad to say but cosmetics don't last forever especially the creamy ones.

@Bonkers1  The jars are small but the product would last at least a year+ if used everyday. It's only been 1 year so I didn't expect it would expire so quickly since it's supposed to last a long time as it's been promoted. I was surprised that it was crumbly and dry when I opened it this morning, no foul ordor. Was able to use it after warming it on my fingers but it was difficult to blend.

The lion's share of my makeup is RMS.  I have a lot.  I got on board in spring/summer of 2024.  My Lip2Cheeks are still fine. I just wore Beloved on Wednesday, a little tapped on my cheeks, and as my lip color too.  It looked terrific with my Christmas sweater.

@JeanLouiseFinch - It's the same for me.  I started using RMS last spring and have her blushes, eyebrow sets and my favorite are the Lip2Cheeks.  I purchased a set of 3 and none have dried out.  Very easy to use and for me long lasting, especially the red color (forgot the name) which is like a stain on my lips. I used one  this morning just for my blush and it is still visible.

@twinsister  Use it up quickly. Don't be surprised if it's dried up and crumbly by Spring 2026. I have had cream blushes from other brands that lasted way longer than 1 year.

@twinsister - the red one is called Beloved.  Keep the lids closed well and they should last.

The lid on my L2C was closed well, that's not the issue @twinsister

Re: RMS Lip2Cheek - Poor Quality

It doesn't appear RMS has done well at Q. There has only been 1 TSV that was a couple years ago. And at a time when beauty is being featured alot at Q during the holiday time and gift shopping, no RMS new items or shows. Nothing showing on the Program Guide either

@Calibeach

Sorry to hear this happened. I have had similar experiences with cream products drying out in the past. My solution was to place a piece of saran wrap securely over the product. Made a tight seal with saran actually touching and preventing air contact with the item. This does work and extended the longevity of many eyeliners and blushes. My pots of Bobbi Brown eyeliners and cream blush pans really benefitted back in the day. I still do this.
