Yes @Susic they all came with a foil tab AND key.

QVC sells the first version of the eyelights which have a wider opening , come with a key and are covered with foil. The matte shades have a pointier opening - easier to dispense and they don’t tend to ooze. These typically do not come with a foil cover.

@Susic   I agree about asking for an exchange. A few months ago I received a spray curl refresher and it was missing the the clear top over the sprayer and the foil over the hole. When I called Amazon, they said not to bother sending it back and they'll just send a replacement.

Sometimes if a product is not sealed correctly, it could mean it's bad, old or returned by someone else. Don't take any of of those chances especially near your eyes.

This is why I never order cosmetics from Amazon.  I don't trust them.

Ordered Mally Evercolor shadow sticks, got the wrong colors....and BOTH were mislabeled.

IMHO  Amazon gets seconds and/or returns.

I have ordered RMS eyelights from Q AND direct from her website.

They have always had the foil seal.

However, the ones ordered from Q did include the metal roll up wand.

The ones ordered direct from her site did not.

Hi.  The customer service people at RMS wrote back and said there are no plastic seals on their Eyelights shadow or any of their products.  Good to know. If it had looked new and box not crushed, I wouldn't even have noticed. Not sure if key no longer supplied, but that was missing. Better to be safe. Will see how I like the kit I am getting tomorrow from QVC, and order a few other colors on RMS site. Hope QVC gets more colors at some point. Thank you all for information ! Susic.

I bought mine from RMS website and they both had a foil seal under the cap.  I would send back!!

I did sent it back to Amazon, I got it there.  But RMS rep said they don't seal any of their products in plastic. I had asked about foil. Maybe she didn't know what I  meant. Strange. I had asked AI question on Sunday and seemed to be a human reply today. Glad they come sealed, most of the time.

I have 8 tubes and every one came with a foil seal.

Hi @RespectLife . I just got my kit from QVC with the two tubes and brush. Neither one has a foil seal lol. One box was slightly crushed and one open a little. They look fresh and clean. They were put in an envelope  so got squished a bit. No key was supplied, so may not be included anymore. I like Amazon, but guess I was more suspicious of tampering there than with other places, though I have never had a problem. Now I shall order from RMS if I like the eyeshadow I got since I havnt tried it yet. Thank you, Susic.
