It's strange because USPS tracking I get from other merchants is just fine.  QVC tracking has no info whatsoever.  Must be because of the ghostly "shipping partner".

I looked for tracking last night and it said there was none.  Today the package was stuffed in my mailbox.

• It seems to me the delivery issues started when they lowered the shipping costs & added this 3rd party shipping gtoup. Which, don't get me wrong I enjoy the discounted shipping costs, but I would rather they go back to their original form of returning our shipping fee like HSN continues to do. I spent a lot more money with the Q when they charged a little more for shipping, I could properly track the shipping of my purchases & would receive my original shipping fee along with my purchase price when returning a product. In our neighborhood we have had 3 new pedestal mailboxes in a month, which means 3 trips to the post office for new keys each time. There has been a huge problem with mailbox theft here over the last few month, the police say they think because it is tax refund check time. 😞 I am handicapped so I do ALL of my shopping by mail so when companies sell clothes that do not match the posted garment measurements ~ sorry it's going to be returned, when I try a new beauty product, that every program host states "we want you to try it, use the whole bottle, if you don't like it return it in 30 days for a full refund"...mind you I don't have to use the entire bottle to figure out it does or doesn't work as professed. This is the Q's policy...who wins...I'm out $3-$7 + return shipping for trying on a piece of clothing or for trying a fabulous beauty product that will__________!👸 Now I make pretty dam sure I want & know that item before I hit that SUBMIT button!😉
