Question about Tatcha

I purchased the Tatcha cleanser and scrub a couple of weeks ago,,and I had posted on it once,,saying I would use it for a couple of weeks and repost again,,about how "I"felt it was. The cleansing oil feels nice,,,but it does not take off mascara,( I use Tarte). But there really were no instructions about the "scrub". Just how often do you use it. It is very mild and not gritty,and also rinses clean. I do like the product,that being said I don't think I would purchase the cleansing oil again,,as Cameilla oil is available thru organic online Aubrey,,and its also from Japan. I think that I would consider repurchasing the scrub though. Also my only drawback about the scrub is that it has "talc" in it,,why?? I know this product has "rave" reviews,,,so can any of you beauty maven's share any additional info about how often to use the scrub???
