Can anyone tell me how you go about finding a good plastic surgeon that specializes in neck lifts? I have looked online but it seems that everybody is an expert and me being the skeptic, am having a hard time believing that!!! {#emotions_dlg.glare}

Any suggestions you can give would be great!!! Sadly, I know that there is no miracle in a jar that can help with this whole turkey neck issue I have but I am not opposed to going under the knife (I think)
