Re: QVC, please tell us when the models are using Latisse

On 2/14/2014 funwun said: Actually, they may not be using Latisse or any lash growth product. I have naturally long, thick eyelashes and have been asked countless times what mascara I use (MAYBELLINE'S The Colossal FYI lol) or if I'm wearing false eyelashes. I get complimented on my lashes all the time..even DBF comments on them lol!! With that being said, it's safe to assume that it's a good possibility the models may have naturally long, full lashes...not everything is cosmetically altered!!

You can't always tell if someone is using a lash growth serum, but you can always tell if someone is OVER using a lash serum. It's usually the bottom lash line that gives it away. After you get the desired growth, you should cut back to using it less often. RapidLash made my lower lashes so long I actually had to trim them so that they didn't look unnatural. I've seen blog before and after pictures where upper lashes looked like the person was wearing crazy costume false lashes, not just a false lash look. It can be a crazy, over the top look. One of the Tarte models definitely had that going on for a while, though I think she's cut back and they're just long now, not crazy long.

Not true.

It DOES make your lashes grow. It also makes them darker and fuller.

I have sparse, short, stubby lashes and I am living proof of it.

If you know the history (do your homework) of Latisse you will know that your comment that I bolded above is just your opinion....not fact.

Re: QVC, please tell us when the models are using Latisse

It doesn't matter what length a models lashes are. To me, anyway. I can still tell what I can expect from the product. There is definitely a model that is always with Mally that has scary lashes. I always wonder why she thinks anyone would want to look that ridiculous. By the way, love Mally mascara!
