QVC, please tell us when the models are using Latisse

I'm about to the point I ignore all mascara demos. Eyelashes up to the middle of the forehead are not from mascara. They are from a prescription lash growth product. Yes, the mascara defines them, if you happen to like this look. But no mascara can produce this kind of length.

FYI. Latisse does not make your lashes grow. What it does do is prolong the inevitable - it keeps your lashes from falling out sooner rather than later. HTH.

That is not true- it is scientifically shown to actually grow lashes.

The friends I have that use this not only have much longer lashes but thicker and more lashes then they have before.

My DD works for a derm who has been promoting Latisse in his office for lash growth. She brought me home a sample and it is working for me. My lids have not discolored nor have my eyes turned brown. My lashes are definitely thicker. It takes about 8 wks to see the difference.

Whether they use any lash growth product doesn't matter since you can see the length of their lashes in the before photos and what they look like with mascara in the after.

I beg to differ.........it DOES make your eyelashes grow! My lashes are at least twice the length they used to be (have been using the generic form of Latistte for a couple years now).

QVC is not likely to advertise somebody else's product. You can pretty much tell without being told when it has been used.

I have never seen any model with lashes up to the middle of the forehead! Which model are you referring to?

I can say that the long, long lashes are not attractive and cannot understand why vendors want to use the models with those freaky lashes. No woman in her right mind wants lashes that look like that unless it's Halloween and you are in costume.
